Our Medical Malpractice Team is known for delivering simple advice to complex client problems. The cause is probably the expertise needed to manage claims in relation to a science so broad, such as medical science, in combination with the difficulty of finding professionals in the field who are willing to proceed as expert witnesses, when claims are raised.
